For August, the Sodie’s customer spotlight is shining on a very versatile smoker, Frank Capra. He was born in Cumberland, Wisconsin, raised in Stillwater, and spent most of his career in law enforcement, including 30 years at the Washington County jail. His first cigar, some 20 years ago, was a connecticut by H. Upmann. Now he prefers Liga, 20th Anniversary Perdomo maduros, and certain Cubans, when he can get them. He is also an avid pipe smoker and will often switch from cigar to pipe and back again!  He has two children, a son who served in the Marine Corps, and a daughter who is currently serving in the Army. Fishing for muskies up in Hayward is one of his great passions, along with putting lots of miles on his new motorcycle!
